Who is behind the Academy?
PublicProof Academy is operated by PublicProof LLC d/b/a PublicProof AI, founded by Keith Clay-Terrell. The Academy is the education product. PublicProof AI separately offers business systems and Revenue Recovery services.
Academy materials are educational. We do not claim accreditation, government endorsement, professional licensure.
How to read a pathway
Start with the business model, then choose the state or jurisdiction. A learning room contains launch phases, working documents, source links, and questions that require agency or professional confirmation. Opening a room does not mean every location-specific answer is verified.
- Verified source record: the ledger records a source and review date. Read the current source and confirm that its scope matches your case.
- Agency confirmation required: the answer depends on facts or requires clarification. Do not treat the open question as permission.
- No requirement found: this describes a recorded research result, not a guarantee that no local, professional, tax, payer, or safety duty applies.
- Research guide: opportunity evaluation is available; a completed licensing and operating pathway is not being advertised.
Source and update standards
Consequential requirements should identify the responsible agency, official page or form, fee when supported, recorded review date, and remaining uncertainty. We preserve unresolved statuses rather than filling gaps with guesses.
Automated tools can assist research organization, drafting, and link checks. An automated reachability check does not establish that a rule is current or that a person qualifies. No generated page is a substitute for agency confirmation or qualified professional judgment.

Healthcare education has a clear boundary
Healthcare-related business education belongs in the Academy. Learners must use their own entities, qualified professionals, licenses, payer relationships, and appropriate systems. Do not enter patient information, clinical records, or protected health information into Academy tools.
PublicProof's separate managed Revenue Recovery and AI services do not accept PHI-handling work. Education does not grant a license, make a business compliant, or authorize clinical practice.
