The rules in plain language.

Last updated September 12, 2026. These terms govern use of PublicProof Academy, an educational software and implementation-support service operated by PublicProof AI LLC.

Educational scope

The Academy provides education, organizational tools, templates, source links, and implementation support. It is not a government agency, law firm, accounting firm, lender, credit-repair organization, insurance provider, healthcare provider, background-check agency, or licensing authority. Academy information is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or insurance advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the truth and completeness of your information, protecting account access, reviewing generated documents, confirming requirements with responsible agencies and qualified professionals, paying government and third-party charges, and deciding whether and when to launch or operate a business.

Changing requirements

Government rules, fees, forms, links, and agency practices can change. Verification dates show when a source was last reviewed, not a guarantee that it remains unchanged. A “Fully sourced” or “Ready to call” label describes Academy research completeness and never declares a business legally ready to operate.

Accounts and acceptable use

Do not share account access outside the permitted user, bypass access controls, scrape or resell the Academy, misuse templates, interfere with the service, upload malware, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Membership and one-time packages

Current prices and included features appear at checkout. Membership renews monthly until canceled. Canceling stops future renewal charges; access continues as described at checkout and in your account. One-time launch packages apply to the selected pathway and location. Professional review, government filing, insurance placement, lending, and approval representation are not included unless separately stated in writing.

Payments, refunds, and failed charges

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Taxes may apply. Refund rights, if any, are controlled by the checkout disclosure, these terms, and applicable law. Failed or reversed payments can suspend paid access. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

Templates and ownership

PublicProof retains ownership of the Academy software, curriculum, design, and original template library. A paid user may adapt exported documents for that user’s own business. Academy content may not be resold, republished as a competing library, or represented as government or professional advice.

No guarantees

PublicProof does not guarantee licensing, approval, financing, credit results, customers, revenue, profit, contract awards, or business success. Business results depend on the owner, market, offer, execution, finances, and decisions of independent agencies and third parties.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PublicProof AI LLC is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or reliance on the Academy.
